We offer a special tour price for children under 10 years. For children under 3 years may be book on tour free traveling with a family member or an appointed person. We do not charge for tour for children under 3 years; however must be booked together with family and are applicable to airline booking and payment policy and age restrictions.

All tours may be extended and will include surcharges for rescheduling of flights and additional hotel arrangements. J & A International will assist with this portion of your extended journey.

Personal frequent flyer miles to travel to Egypt may be employed, however traveler needs to coordinate flight arrival at the airport with J & A International which will arrange tour company representative to meet and transfer traveler to the hotel.

BOOKING INFO

Deposits: Bookings of $1000 or less, or bookings travelling within 30 days will be required to pay the full amount at the time of confirmation. Bookings over $1000 or travelling more than 30 days out will be required to pay a deposit of $300 per room at the time of confirmation. The appropriate amount will automatically be debited to the credit card provided. Any booking not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary. Bookings over New Year require a non refundable deposit of between $300 & $500, as this it non refundable under any circumstances travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Bookings made less than 30 days prior to travel: Bookings made within 30 days of travel must provide a credit card guarantee at the time of booking, if the booking is available exactly as requested full payment will automatically be taken.

Final Payment: Final payment is due 45 days prior to travel date. No vouchers will be issued until final payment is received in our office. Final payment conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking.

Card Fees: Please note that a card fee will be applied automatically to credit card payment amounts:

2% - Mastercard, Visa; 2.5% - Diners, American Express.

Cheque payments: Will only be accepted for bookings traveling outside 45 days.

Payments made by cheque or direct deposit do not attract any fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
  • Deposited bookings cancelled 30 or more days prior to travel - Deposit is non refundable
  • Fully paid bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to travel - Deposit plus any fees levied by the suppliers
  • Bookings cancelled inside 30 days – Totally non refundable
Flight Cancellation Policy:
  • Flight Bookings are totally non refundable or transferable Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to the consultant handling the booking. If a credit has been approved it is valid for 6 months from the date the cancellation was made.
Amendment Fees: Any amendments made to non finalized bookings will incur a fee of $25 for each amendment made. Bookings that have been finalized and documentation issued will incur a fee of $50 per amendment. This is in addition to any fees that may be levied by the supplier.

Late Booking Fees: A late booking fee of $50.00 can be charged if booking is made within 72 hours prior to departure. This depends on the amount of administration work involved, and if applicable, you will be notified at time of reservation request from you or your agent.

Change Of Itinerary After Holiday Has Commenced: Any alteration or cancellation of services after your holiday has commenced can incur penalties. There is no refund for unused services.

Refunds: In order for a refund to be approved, you must have a claim number which is given at the time of reporting the cancellation or incident. No refunds will be made for services once travel arrangements have commenced. No guarantee is provided or warranted that any refund will be available. All refund requests must be in writing, and made direct to us or through the agent from whom the travel arrangements were purchased. Claims must be made within 15 days of completion of travel arrangements. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness, these must be claimed through your travel Insurance.

Reporting of Incidents: Any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems, cancellation of a service or dissatisfaction must be reported to Travel Online during the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.

A Note About Prices: Prices are subject to availability and subject to change without notice. All prices were current at the time this website was published. Hotel, vacation tour package, and cruise prices on the J&A International Travel & Tours Website are constantly updated. Please refer to the site for the most current pricing. Vacation package prices shown are for one adult, economy class, based on double occupancy, and vary by dates, availability, and departure city. Additional taxes, fees, and charges may apply. Airfare is subject to, without limitation: (1) Sept. 11 Security Fee of $2.50 for each flight segment originating at a U.S. airport, up to $5 per one way or $10 per roundtrip; (2) up to $18 per roundtrip in local airport charges; (3) Federal Excise Tax of $3.20 per U.S. domestic flight segment; (4) a Travel Facilities Tax of up to $14 per roundtrip for domestic flights beginning or ending in Alaska or Hawaii; and (5) for international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations, government taxes and fees of up to $200 per roundtrip, depending on routing and destination (may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates at time of booking).
